Fusion Engineering Studio • Chief Technology Officer • As CTO of Fusion Technology, Andrew defines the technology strategy for the Engineering department, building the structures necessary to support teams that work on products in a wide variety of domains, and that must be able to scale up and down quickly based on commercial drivers.

The Hut Group • Director of Engineering • During a period of stellar growth at THG, Andrew was responsible for the engineering teams that covered the key functional areas of: Checkout & Payments, Order Pipeline, Transport & Delivery, Supply Chain and B2B.

Intilery • Product & Development Director • Andrew led the project to successfully sign up Sky Bet as a marquee client. This included client-facing elements (such as product demonstration and requirements elicitation with senior stakeholders) as well as managing the engineering team to fundamentally change the Intilery product to be able to handle spikes of traffic up to 50x larger than had been previously possible.
